Pros
- product is being improved every iteration, never mind that it is very mature product (over 19 years old) and it is still growing and improving
- very clear process - you can influence on all part of it - from idea to implementation
- strong developers are surrounding you, so you can get something new from them, especially a lot of them have grown from juniors to seniors
- really strong test engineers, product has huge testing process, tests always run, if test has failed, you get notification in email and slack , you can read log and view machine where test was failed, there are a lot of tests programs, so you always now if something goes wrong
- task descriptions is awesome! for example, if you look at task, that describe some bug, you can find inside full description: influence on customers, steps to reproduce the bug, actual result of some actions and expected result, version of the product + version of OS and browser
- perfect equipment - new chairs, fast notebook, 2 monitors and all what you need for work
- flexible work schedule
- minimum bureaucracy
- there are a lot of work position layers , from junior engineer to VP of development and CEO, but you don't feel difference between them - you can chat with anyone you want and suggest you ideas and issues
- the company loves its employees, caring for them in all aspects of life - it pays for swimming pool, big tennis with trainer, medical insurance, free parking place, I don't want to mention about really tasty cappuccino and tea free cookies, milk, yogurts and fruits every day :)
- free English lessons inside company + free English practice - all from documentation to issues are written in English :)
- inside office you can play in table tennis, table football with you colleagues and chess
- salaries are really good, you can influence on it every 6 month
