In business for over 50yrs

Cons

DEI is non existent! Most decisions are based on the “good ol’ boy” system. Females do not have equal/comparable opportunities. Nepotism is RAMPANT……even family members being managed/supervised by an immediate family member (ie: parent/child).

Stable forward thinking company. Easy going culture.

Cons

Software development culture is awful. Strict formal 8-5 hours. On call with no compensation. Only 10 days off paid leave. No remote work. Very little structure and no promotional opportunities.
