      Best place I have worked yet

      Pros

      I have been employed by Webcreek for about six months now. It has a healthy work environment and my colleagues and managers have been a dream to work with. The job is quite fast paced, but this is a good fit for me, because enjoy a challenge and working under pressure. There has never been a time when I felt bored, or that I was doing work that was below my skill level.

      Cons

      The salary is a bit low, and there aren’t a lot of events outside of work.

      Outstanding Place to Work

      Pros

      Flexibility, excellent management, challenging projects. I really learned a lot here. If you live in the Woodlands, this is a great place to work. It is rewarding to work on a project from start to finish and see it be successful. This was the case on every project I participated in. The technical staff are very skilled and proficient.

      Cons

      Don't get the opportunity for repetition or specialization because every project is different. Expect to work hard as is true of most consulting companies - can't hide out here.

      Pros

      I highly recommend working for this company. There is a healthy working environment and a comfortable office, as well as friendly people to work with and very professional managers. The pay is not that high, but the amount I have been able to grow as a professional makes up for it. I would say the biggest takeaway from working at this job for me, is the room for gaining knowledge and developing and refining professional skills.

      Cons

      The biggest con is the low salary, I still feel like employees could be paid more. There is also a higher turnover rate compared to other places I have worked at, and it can seem that people are fired for offenses I find too minor to be fired for.
