I was surprised to receive an evaluation after three months from someone I hadn’t worked with directly. The feedback included both positive and negative points, but even the evaluator admitted uncertainty about how others might assess me. I clarified that we hadn’t collaborated, so it didn’t make sense for such an evaluation. The next day, I was informed that my contract was being terminated without a fair review or clear explanation. The work environment was disorganized, with no real opportunities for learning or professional growth. The quality of work was below industry standards, and the clients weren’t strong enough to help build a solid portfolio. Unfortunately, there’s no stability people are let go suddenly and without logical reasons. I wouldn't recommend this company to those seeking a reliable or growth focused career path.
