Pros

The CEO has good amount of investment. The company infrastructure is ok with basic amenities available. The company could grab a few good talents who can run the show. The CEO is an experienced guy and has good connections. He is able to get a bunch of clients using his connections.

Cons

No Vision or Strategy to grow. Favoritism to some inexperienced elements in the company who are even promoted to senior positions. Unethical treatment to clients. They would like to push clients all products at the highest costs even if they clearly know it would not create any value for the clients. The company does not tolerate constructive criticism. They let loose great talents who tend to disagree to the way the company is functioning. Runs like a family business. The company is not professionally run and there is no value for merit here. Personal likes and dislikes of the CEO matters.

No ethics Full of politics There is a group of people who is favoured and encouraged within the organisation. They can take uncountable wfhs and rest will be penalised even for their basic rights as per the company’s policy. HRs are so free and useless that all they do throughout the day is post fake reviews on glassdoor, monitor when employees enter the office and what messages they put on the group.

The founder is a complete megalomaniac personality. He screams and belittles employees, making it a very unpleasant workplace. I will say this job was an eye-opening experience and made me appreciate my other job when I got the heck out of there. Good Luck to anyone thinking about working here. I'm sure you will be posting your negative review shortly. All the good comments posted are an effort by the management to hide their ugly truth.
