      Endless Access to products to sample Wants to keep family values and support staff

      Cons

      Happy for long term staff to be rude and abusive. Management refute the notion when its pointed out to them. Processes are stuck in the past due to staff having long tenure, and no idea what's happening in the world now. Resistant to change unless its their idea. Wont accept constructive feedback. Below average pay Some staff are taking advantage of the blind faith provided, and abusing the flexibility. No accountability
