The leadership team is transparent about the roadmap, which helps us understand the why behind the code we're writing. The engineering culture prioritizes modernizing our infrastructure, and developers have a real say in the architecture. Internal mobility is excellent. If you want to move into management, there’s a track for that if you want to remain an individual contributor and reach Staff level, that’s equally supported. They also provide a generous annual learning budget for certifications and conferences.

I really like working at Webisoft, there is a good atmosphere among the employees at the office, many interesting projects to work on, and the technologies used are constantly evolving which gives the opportunity to keep learning and not stagnate on the same technologies or tools.
