Pros
I find Weblink Solutions to be very staff friendly. They have flexible working hours and they don't make any unnecessary arguments with respect to leaves. For all the time i've worked there i thoroughly enjoyed my time. I've learned a lot of new things which helped me find my next job. When informed about the new job i've got management taken necessary steps and informed me about notice period and completed my pending documentation.
Cons
I wish they work 5 days a week. They have 6 days a week work schedule, but for a beginner like me it was good as it was more time for me learn and show my skills.
