I feel very good here, there is no cons.

They hire you for a specific role but assign tasks for different roles if there are no projects available for your designated position. For example, I was hired as a React developer but was later asked to work on Vue one day and Angular the next, all while expecting me to complete the tasks in a single day. The workload is overwhelming, especially if you don’t have direct clients. They exert significant pressure to have you work across different fields. Once you resign, the company becomes unresponsive, even when you need important documents. This can cause a lot of stress and frustration. Overall, it's not a good environment to work in.
