Pros

Unofficial 2 hour lunch breaks People who gossip about you but can still smile and fake with each other, a good place to train yourself to be outstanding actors/actresses Management can attend gyms during work hours

Cons

Pay inconsistency - From pay delay, mobile reimbursement cut, team bonding allowance cut to paycut. Management who expects you to leave instead of them asking you to leave (so they can cut cost without having to compensate the one-month salary) Company keeps changing product focus - You sell products/packages that make money the most for the company, although that might not benefit your clients the most

Pros

- Amazing place to work at... if you are a friend or family of the management. - Very long smoke breaks, so it perfect for you if you enjoy many ciggy during work - Long lunch hours too, meaning general office productivity is low from 12-2pm. - Office is big and spacious, has a sleeping area, massage chair, foosball table, pool table, etc.

Cons

- Sudden pay cut because management failed to properly manage finance team - Whenever management realises there is a way to cut your benefits, they'll put it into action - Very frequent change to commission structure and goals, making it almost impossible for sales team to meet quota - Ridiculous commission policy: some previous colleagues even had to pay back up to 5 figures worth of commissions when leaving (this is a big reason why some people haven't left) - Terrible location, not many lunch options - Extremely draggy and unproductive "sales meetings" for management to pat their own backs - Poor mentorship (at least for sales team) and shoddy leadership - Operations team is extremely unproductive, especially the web/development team. They generally take a long time to get work done, making it a major challenge to produce good and timely work for clients.

Pros

Webnatics is a well-oiled meritocratic system. It only employs and promotes people based on merit. (Sometimes though, there could be a belief that being a friend is counted as a merit.) Work is perfectly systematic and work flow is thoroughly structured. That is if you believe a sand castle is a structure. Ethics is key to our business premise. Webnatics never lies to our clients, and especially not to employees. As we all know, it's not a lie if you believe it. (Personally, I don't believe webnatics will ever EVER write reviews to cover all the other negative reviews here!) Webnatics attempts to provide the best possible working environment for employees. As you can see from the other reviews, there is a foosball table, pool table, massage chairs and even sleep area to give employees the most conducive working environment ever. Because we know the only thing employees need for perfect workplace is a massage chair and foosball table. Pay is NEVER ever intentionally delayed. It's always the fault of CPF board, bank, systems, finance team, whatchamacallit, whimsicalities, woebegoneness etc etc. Never is it the fault of management. Please get this right once and for all. Every cutback is done with the intent to keep the company afloat, for the benefit of every one in management, vendors, partners, google, facebook, linkedin, the water cooler vendor, server provider, makeup supplier, vending machine uncle, etc etc (and employees, of course) Webnatics stands by the statement that feedback is the breakfast of champions. That is why it holds weekly group sales meetings, which have been effective to help management boost its confidence on the work it does.

Cons

I strongly believe webnatics is a great work place. Please, no negativity. No toxicity.
