      Middle management is killing this company

      Pros

      Innovative products and great reputation in the managed service provider space. Some fantastic, hard-working people in regional offices who go above and beyond to help provide protection against cyber-threats.

      Cons

      Middle management at HQ needs a shake-up. Almost zero understanding of the APAC region, complete lack of awareness of working in a remote office and some folks acting like they have the answer for everything, just because they've been there for 10+ years. Benefits are also lacking compared to companies of a similar size.

      good product. frustrating work environment.

      Pros

      People are friendly. Pretty good salaries and office spaces. It is nice to work for a company that has a great product and is definitely on the way up. Sometimes frequent changes are exciting.

      Cons

      There's been a lot of employee turnover and reorganization over the past two years. Seniority seems to be based on length of employment and who you're friendly with, rather than knowledge, managerial skill, or proven results. Not a very transparent company and the level of internal communication and cross-team collaboration is sad.
