Pros

Working from home! Strong exposure to diverse government and enterprise projects with opportunities to independently lead initiatives and manage stakeholders directly. Fast-paced environment that allows Project Managers to gain hands-on experience across project delivery, client management, operations, and solutioning. Flexible work arrangements and supportive teammates who are willing to help during critical project periods. Good learning environment for individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and looking to accelerate their growth and ownership capabilities. Management recognises and provides growth opportunities to employees who demonstrate strong performance, ownership, and initiative. There is also learning grants given to all employees.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations on project ownership, accountability, and delivery quality. As the main clients are largely government agencies, strong stakeholder and client management skills are important, especially in managing expectations.

Pros

Flexible work-from-home arrangement and the opportunity to independently lead and manage your own projects

Cons

While there are opportunities to independently lead and own projects, this comes with a high level of scrutiny over both individual performance and project outcomes. In addition, as the director also serves as the company founder, there is sometimes a lack of clear separation between strategic leadership and day-to-day operational management, which may affect governance clarity, decision-making efficiency, and team autonomy. Furthermore, HR and finance functions are managed by the same individual, which may limit the independence of HR processes and create challenges in balancing employee welfare considerations with financial and operational priorities. At times, prior agreements were not consistently upheld, with expectations or decisions being reinterpreted later, leading to misalignment and a lack of clarity.
