      There are few to offer. Lies, deception and illegal actions are hard to find any positive outcome.

      Cons

      This is an organization that lives a lie every day. Never trust top management and when possible never believe a word they say.

      Great place with amazing potential but serious leadership issues

      Pros

      Good benefits, interesting and complex place, a lot of great people work there. A vision that can be very inspiring.

      Cons

      dysfunctional and top-heavy leadership structure. Financial issues due to over-extension of resources. Competency will be rewarded with more work and no more pay.

      Flexible schedule, good work / life balance, great benefits like their employer contribution to the 403b plan and most jobs are pretty secure no matter what you do; mostly Webster is full of good people - they're just not given the opportunity to innovate and succeed

      Cons

      Current management lacks courage to make the hard, necessary, strategic decisions for any higher ed institution to succeed in the 21st century; the academic affairs division is the biggest and functions most like a silo, stifling innovation; there have been some pockets of leaders trying to do right by their people, but mostly it's stuck in a rut of hierarchy and bureaucracy
