      Pros

      - great team - awesome management. No micromanagement - excellent work-life balance - market competitive salaries ( compare to other startups ) - the company is growing quickly

      Cons

      The the quick growth led to disorganization. I know they started working to fix it. However it is common for any startup company.

      Pros

      This is a great little company with a lot of growth potential and room for employees to grow with the company. What you do can help shape the evolution of the company. There is a great team environment with little micromanagement so the teams can figure out the best way to get their tasks done. The work is interesting and continually evolving as the company grows.

      Cons

      It can be a little chaotic. There is a lot of change, so anyone who can't adapt quickly won't thrive here.
