Pros

The office had a fun atmosphere and everyone tried to keep things light as you're working in a call center and days an be long.

Cons

The product. I just did not feel that we were selling a good product. We sold to a lot of middle class workers and it was not going to help them at all with the little amount of money they put towards it.
