      Thank you for a feedback. Unfortunately mentioned information is not correct. Due to your previously given feedback the atmosphere in a team and company was good. At least you had 2 meetings with the Company Administration and filled in feedback forms. Product team and all our other teams have friendly atmosphere and have areas to grow. Some colleagues cooperate with us for more than 10 years. Also, there were not any cases when colleagues got fines because of time tracker. The management only issues a warning to not use unproductive applications during the working hours, or to adjust the logs if not approved or non-related work activities were performed. The activities review happens, only when there are performance concerns. Anyway, thank you for the left feedback after almost 2 years of not a cooperation with us.

Also, we are constantly working on the improvement of the benefits to provide our employees better work conditions. Our company does not offer insurance, but instead of this we offer healthcare bonus. You can contact the HRM team any time and let them know what you need to be provided in the future. They will consider your suggestions and discuss them with top management team. We’re here for you anytime.

      Rapidly growing company with areas for improvement

      1) Real great team, colleagues are always ready to help you 2) Good opportunity for those who can be self-motivated. If a person is ready to work, study, take new obligations, then a person can play an important role in a company life in no time and grow according to ambitions 3) Good English practice. All aspects of language can be practiced 4) In general, good atmosphere among team. It's pleasant to come to work every day 5) Managers mostly understand your personal issues and meet you halfway 6) Company is growing rapidly, so if you are ready to unexpected situations and  stress-resistant, it's a place for you 7) Company welcomes suggestions and ready to listen employees

      Cons

      1) Not always clear set of obligations 2) Areas of responsibilities are too wide from time to time. Meaning, 1 person usually has to do different tasks from very different areas
