      Pros

      The sales team was the only reason I stayed for as long as I did.

      Cons

      Toxic environment from management and store owner: taunting, hostile texts, targeted harassment, lack of boundaries. Lack of proper schedule also hurt work/life balance.

      Pros

      If you love working with brides and helping them create their dream wedding gown, this is the place to do it. Great hands on experience to get yourself in the wedding industry. Great customer service and alterations department.

      Cons

      The hours are long, and you have to work weekends. Sometimes the clients get heated but that just the name of the game. Highend clients expect highend service. You must have some sort of knowledge in the wedding industry.
