They are excellent at lying and making false promises. Males are preferred so if you like misogyny you'll love this place! They have a flop house filled with exploited Visa workers that get treated worse than you will.
Cons
It's the worst place I've ever worked and I once worked at a place with trafficked illegals. This place some how legally has those. Its cruel and sick. I wish authorities would investigate the abuses. I care about money, bottom line. It's a minimum wage job disguised as a tipped server. They pay $5 an hour. $6 for overtime. Yes six. Then a gratuity is added to the check for another 8 to 12 per hour. 60 hours $650 take home to work like a slave polishing and ironing for hours before and after service. Working 12 hours on Christmas and Christmas eve? Not even a Christmas bonus. Not a gift card or even a notecard to say thanks. Oh wait, they served champagne at another property and forgot to invite the flophouse workers that need a ride. Employee appreciation indeed. They actually through a little party for the workers but didnt bring them. I know this because they posted the pictures anyways. Managers toasting employee appreciation without the pesky employees. Fitting to the culture of that place I guess.
