Pros

Not many anymore unfortunately. You used to get fair pay, fair bonuses, and profit sharing.

Cons

Took away all the benefit's. Profit sharing is gone, numerous employees have quit and their positions have not been filled. Those who have not left are stuck working twice as much for less money. Before I left the constant conversation amongst everyone was whether they were staying. The company was acquired by kiewit which could have been good. However, no one knows what is going on. Nothing is being communicated to anyone. I’ve lost track of how many people have left but I would bet it’s at minimum 30% of the staff. Profit sharing is now done. Cash bonuses are done. Kiewit is implementing numerous changes, which should be fine, unfortunately there is little to no communication.

Pros

Good work schedule 21 on 21 off. Paid travel.

Cons

They were acquired by Kiewit, who said they weren't going to make any major changes. Then they shut down two vessels and laid all the crews off with no notice.
