Pros
I was recruited to work at Weglot in April 2022, and accepted a CDI for July 2023. I did an initial interview with the manager, did a case study, then met with the CTO later on and did a small logic test. I had the opportunity to work with a small, but fantastic sales team! I went through a fast-paced sales formation (Sandler foundations), which was very insightful. I really enjoyed working on both inbound and outbound leads, which I applied a consultative process. The sales team has weekly meetings and gives constant feedback to the product team. They also work with the marketing team. Everyone worked in a collaborative spirit and was very kind. They also did weekly afterworks and welcomed diverse events to gather the team together and the bond. The office is very modern, and I think the team notices when you put in the work. You are autonomous, but get very good feedback constantly from the managers and have monthly and quarterly objectives. Although I am no longer with Weglot, I loved the people and found the role very challenging! There is a lot to learn with web-site translation on the technical side, so there is an opportunity go more into the Product/Consulting side if you want.
Cons
Very fast paced and the objectives are high - even if you are doing your best, sometimes you can't control certain things and I think there needs to be an open-mindset. Other than that, I would recommend.
