      Pros

      Nice working environment. Management won't be making noise at you. Relax and keep taking peanuts salary. Everyone will be doing their own business. No need to worry about jobs load.

      Cons

      Real peanuts salary. Not to mention about bonus. Driving a bus will be better future than here.

      Great colleagues and good learning environment. Workload is ok depending on your department.

      Cons

      Company keeps restructuring and business is not good. New hires are even being retrenched with no retrenchment benefits.
