Pros

The benefits of working here are good. Free lunch everyday, massages depending on your working status, tickets to sporting events, special parties for staff, etc.

Cons

The working environment is very cold, everyone keeps to themselves and hardly interacts. Also, although there is a free thinking concept, there isn't a high level of respect for all different level of professionals. Tasks that are given to certain staff can be extremely menial.

Pros

A lot of amentities, but only because you work there night and day. They also include this as part of your compensation negotiation, so it’s more or less factored in to a lower pay. Culture used to be great but company is small and there are major shifts with people coming and going

Cons

No diversity, harsh junior managers, management a little out of touch with what’s really going on

Thanks for your feedback. Most of our senior employees started here as interns while in college, and have stayed with the company as it grew. We have very low turnover; our employees are encouraged to develop new skills in their daily work and are given constant opportunities for personal and professional advancement. We value lifelong learning and strive to equip each employee with the skills they need for professional success.
