      Great people but the company is disorganized

      Pros

      There is a lot of great people and have lots of laughs.

      Cons

      The leadership is very disorganized. Hard to get a pay increase or advancement while in working in the office. Company likes to high friends and family. The company cut benefits due to covid, even though they are making more profits.

      Revolving door due too poor managment. On plumbing side that is cant speak for electrical and sheet metal.

      Pros

      They pay regular trade pay, im assuming they have too for employees too put up with managment. Not alot of pros.

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations to get jobs done. Overwhelm enployees and constantly belittle trades people calling them mentally handicap. The plumbing foreman doesnt know how too read resumes when hiring and is very disorganized couldnt organize a massage at the Manhattans mens club.
