Some good people... and some not so good people - especially the owner
Pros
If you are a car enthusiast, you can be around some very nice cars. There is a nice Belgium waffle place on the same block. There are some good people that work in a bad place.
Cons
Owner is a tyrant. Temper is hot as hell. Makes bad decisions and then blames everyone but himself. Also an extreme micro-manager which makes the managers stressed out and difficult for the rest of us. He is extremely paranoid that everyone is going to steal from him. But this comes from a place where he doesn't think twice about ripping off people including his own employees. He makes promises and then doesn't deliver. As an employee, at some point, you will be short paid what you are owed. Extended health benefits are available, but you have to pay for them and are deducted off your pay. There is no where to park if you drive to work.
