The founders have no idea what they're doing. Anyone with actual experience (building/architecture/design) was replaced by people with only tech or marketing experience... in a building company..

Founders failed every step of the way. They burned through funds on vanity projects to boost their image instead of actually building the business. They were based in Miami, while our team and operation was completely based in New York team, and were constantly caught up in personal life distractions rather than actually running the company. You can’t run a business through your iPhone, no matter how hard they tried. They wanted the “founder lifestyle” more than they wanted to build a real company. They had no grasp of how to operate a direct-to-consumer model, and anyone with real industry knowledge was pushed out. The team had the talent, but leadership’s ego, lack of focus, and obsession with appearances ruined it. Everything was an over promised and under delivered. In the end, it was all smoke and mirrors. Completely untrustworthy people. Avoid at all costs.
