      Strong culture but stale commission structure

      Pros

      Excellent culture with a lovely People and Culture team to boot. Plenty of incentives and genuine opportunity for someone with Grit, determination, and skilled at longer sales cycles. Company car and all issues with it were dealt instantly and the incoming management team has genuine vision for the business future

      Cons

      The commission structure is (or was, IDK if they've changed it since my departure) stale. In today's selling environment, a reward through even a small token payment can be a strong motivator. The sales cycle needs to be in the hands of the sales person, not 15 different teams and the weather

      Very little really except they like to have a laugh.

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, it was like working with a bunch of kids.
