The Company is continually investing in its facilities and technology while pursuing new markets. Since I have been with the company it has experienced constant and solid growth.

Weldex is overall a very nice place to work at. Many employees have been here a long time and enjoy a family type atmosphere. The associates are friendly and care for one another. The company understands work-life balance and respects that. The company is growing and there are opportunities to learn and grow within in the company. The office is located in an excellent part of Cypress, with lots of businesses, stores, and restaurants near by.
Cons
No company is perfect. The benefits could always be better, including offering more PTO, personal/sick time, and bonuses.
