Pros
I was taken in pretty much fresh out of college with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design. All I wanted was for a company to take me in, train me, and understand my potential. I have been here nearly a year and I can honestly say I've learned more in one year than I had in four years of college. The people here are close-knit and have been here for years. I have worked closely with the Production/Project Manager and he has helped me grow as a designer and as a fabrication detailer. It is hard work but I come home feeling accomplished every day. Very rewarding job. It is awesome having in-house fabrication and getting to see things that I draw come to life.
Cons
"Too many chiefs, not enough indians" I am also the youngest person here so there are a lot of people above me. Sometimes I get taken advantage of and my co-workers have had to learn my value as an employee and not to look at me as a kid.
