Pros

You made lots of friends with your coworkers working as a team, job was straightforward and easy. Some managers were great and fun to work with.

Cons

Low pay, unappreciated. Zero air conditioning in a hot warehouse with lots of lifting. Office people had air conditioning. Some managers loved to power trip and micromanage while doing nothing to help out. Hard to advance.
