Pros

~Induction and Intial Training are great and fully paid by the hour. ~Team Leaders for the most part try to understand and help their underlings as best they can ~Actually caring for Clients, which is rare these days.

Cons

~Be ready to fight for your sick leave if management can't find someone to cover your shift. (Which is the role of management anyway not your problem) ~Anyone, Client, Co-Worker, Management can throw baseless accusations with you and suspend you without warning or meeting. Not exggeration. And burden of proof falls on you and not the accuser. ~If someone in management doesn't like you they will make your life hell, Gaslighting,Lying, Removing shifts or cutting hours, Addtional training, etc etc ~ You will need to hunt down HR, who will ignore or put you on a ridcuolusly long waiting list. This writer waited six months to here back from HR regarding a contract re-negoatation. And still didn't hear anything even on parting. ~ Company can't decide on what training/shift/payslip software they want to use. So get ready to relearn everything every six to eight months. ~Charge for Christmas Parties and deny spouses and be surprised when no one shows up, using that as an excuse to cancel the next years to save costs.
