Pros
Wellbeats is a really good product. Clients and endusers love it. Pay is good. Great HR manager.
Cons
Ever since LifeSpeak acquired Wellbeats, things have gone downhill. Senior leadership from LifeSpeak leaves a lot to be desired. DE&I initiatives are 100% lip service. Zero opportunities for professional development. All of the open positions should be a warning to potential new employees. Everyone at Wellbeats is leaving because the culture is terrible and it's a sinking ship. To those that still work at Wellbeats (a LifeSpeak company): RUN, don't walk, out of this place. It's only going to get worse.
