      Pros

      Great team. Good staff retention. Not a bog standard production agency churning through adapts. The creative lean provides variety and the quality of output is consistently high. Flexible working arrangements and good training opportunities. Small team means management are responsive and accessible.

      Cons

      Small agency so career progression can be tricky. Working with tight budgets and quick turnarounds can be challenging (but this isn't specific to Wellcom).

      Pros

      Wellcom London is a great place to work. The office is located in a nice quiet part of London and the building is contemporary and spacious but has charm. The company employs flexible working of 3 days in the office and 2 from home which provides a nice balance. The people at Wellcom are all down to earth, friendly and approachable and management are trusting and supportive. Teams are made up of talented individuals who collaborate to deliver quality work. In an ever evolving industry Wellcom are forthcoming in offering staff training to ensure skillsets are up to date and relevant.
