Inept staff who I do not feel are trained properly to be working with this population, the care is not patient-centered, nepotism in promotions, clinically-unsound individuals assessing patients, social workers spend all day cranking out assessments and have no time to meet with patients, unsafe working conditions, out of touch administration, general unhappiness daily among staff

They want to open more beds when we don't have the nurses to do it. Ratios are getting worse. Management is uncaring and rude.
