Pros

- Great co-workers - Hard-working environment - Cool places to travel - however, you will work 18 hour days and may never leave the hotel -If leadership likes you, you'll grow quickly

Cons

- Perfection is the expectation. Anxiety and overworking is praised and normalized while boundary setting is treated as weak and lazy. - Leadership offers lots of fluff but no real vision or transparency - You will work many hours for very little pay. If you do the math on your hourly rate, it will be DEPRESSING - Boundary setting is verbally encouraged but not truly supported (i.e. "you are empowered to say no" and then when you say no, you get pushback and guilt from leadership) - Dishonesty and lack of transparency - especially around finances. - The client is NEVER told no - Not responsible with COVID - Diversity and Inclusion is promoted but when it comes to recruiting, hiring and promoting staff or addressing social issues, you'll quickly see that there is no true action. Microaggressions are abundant.

Pros

- fun perks including travel - founded and led by women - some flexibility in schedule

Cons

- every person is stressed out and feels like they have too much to do - lots of growing pains as business grows but there aren’t enough employees to fully handle workload - the unspoken culture is that you’re seen as a team player when you always say yes to more work (even if you feel at capacity), work through all lunches, work every weekend and evening from your computer at home etc. - the phrase “I’m taking the day off but I’ll be working all day” is very common

Pros

develops your skills so that you can use it in further life, also allows you to know how to talk to customers

Cons

They don’t train you very well, they also are more of a boss than a leader which means it’s less of a dictatorship
