Pros

Honestly , I can't say a PRO was part of this companies moto!

Cons

Unfortunately I can't say everything that I want to, as its against glass door policy! FYI to anyone considering a job with this company, They will fill your head with false promises just to get you on board (that is, if you pass the interrogation process first, they call it an interview) If you don't perform instantly or you are disliked by the trainer (for what ever reason), you will be replaced quickly.....They had a harsh motto, Hire slow , fire fast ! no chances. I saw some really good people come and go that could turn a company around. 6 of them all work for the competition now and are doing amazing ! Expectations of working 6-7 days a week is the normal. If your store is not properly staffed, you have to beg for time off. Keep in mind, most stores are understaffed due to tremendous turn over. So much so that regional managers have to work stores just to keep them going . They are constantly looking to replace everyone. Your job will always be advertised. If they can find someone better, your done, no matter how good you may be ! They promise you an income of $70+ K per year with a little effort .... Thats only if your a superstar. A good sales person is making $35-$45k...Don't be fooled ! The service department is in shambles, be prepared to go above and beyond for all your customers on your own. The service department will be of no help. You can end up spending half your days dealing with upset service customers. Everything is super micromanaged, they have weekly conference calls to point out who is doing well and who is not ! It can become very uncomfortable when they centre you out for not hitting the hyper inflated targets. Don't forget the monthly individual progress reports. These are designed to burry you. You will be asked to set outrageous goals, and when you don't hit them, you will be written up. When it comes to pay, you have to watch your paycheque like a hawk. Be prepared to fight tooth and nail to get your proper commissions paid out, especially if they are running a sales person promo. They like to conveniently for get about these. If you win a sales contest, make sure you get it in writing that you won and what the prize was, as these will also be unfulfilled winnings. It really is not worth the fight. The management team spent a lot of time bashing employees to other employees for everything and anything. I personally was told about another employees personal problems that were extremely private and should never have be discussed with anyone. It was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate . This happens everyday ! Its a terrible feeling when you walk into another store to help out and another staff member makes a comment about a personal issue that you have not told anyone but your manager ! I have much more I can go on about, however , it gets so outrageous and inappropriate that I can not write about it on here with out the review being removed. Please do your complete and total due diligence prior to working for this company! Chances are your better off where you are now !

Pros

Working at Jacuzzi is so much better than being boiled alive in the sewerage of malnourished warthogs. It's also slightly better than eating broken glass. It is, however, about as good as being forced to watch the Kardashians all day, every day for the rest of your life.

Cons

Well that depends, if you are a psychopath that hates being encouraged, or having vacation time, or benefits, or earning money, or weekends ... then there really isn't any cons. If you are a normal person, well you might not want to apply to this job.

Thank you for your feedback. We take these reviews very seriously and would like to take a minute to address some of your comments. All of our employees receive a competitive vacation pay structure with the option to take vacation time each year. Jacuzzi Ontario is a pay for performance organization - we offer unlimited opportunities to support our teams growth. Earning potential is directly related to effort & commitment. The availability to book weekends off for specials events or vacation is available to everyone on our team. Speaking with your sales lead or regional manager is the best way to go about booking preferred days off. We wish you all the best going forward and hope you find employment that better suits your needs.
