Pros

The pakistan office tries their best to acomodate employees by giving transport facility and fuel allowance although its not enough but good things needs to be praise. Sports stuff like snooker table, ps5 monthly meetings with food on the house is much appreciated.

Cons

Where do I start? If you want to join this organisation, keep in mind that there is no job security whatsoever. You don't even know if you'll be working next month, or HR will call you when you arrive at the office and will not let you go to your work table they will ask you to leave on the spot. There is no transparency between employees and management. Equipment is bare minimum. The organisation will not value you and will let you go whenever they feel like it, regardless of whether you have spent 1 or 5 years there. Overall, it is a very uncertain environment. Layoffs are the norm and job security is zero.

The leadership team is approachable and genuinely invested in the company’s vision and long-term success. There is a strong culture of teamwork, and colleagues are supportive and driven. The company is continuously evolving, which creates opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your skill set. It’s rewarding to work for a company that provides meaningful solutions to businesses and makes a real impact in the wellness industry.

There is a strong performance culture, which is motivating, but it may feel demanding for those who prefer a slower-paced environment.
