Expect disciplinary action if she is dissatisfied in any way. Expect to be reminded that you are deemed inferior. Expect an inability to ever feel like you are doing your job correctly. Expect a leadership style that is dismissive of the provider's desire to be treated with dignity and respect.. Expect to develop anxiety and walk on egg shells. Expect your voice to go unheard due to a facade of excellent clinical supervision all the while coupled with a high dosage of degradation. Low salary, you are expected to work overtime regularly and are not compensated for it, very very low morale (the staff talk trash all the time about management's incompetence), management is, in fact, incompetent and terrible at communicating effectively, all management cares about is the numbers - they don't really seem to care about quality of services provided.
