1.Good Environment and friendly colleague/manager 2.Near MRT/LRT if you are using public transport 3.The company offers plenty of opportunities for career growth, encouraging learning and exploration of new things. While the workload is high, it provides valuable experience and professional development 4. Management accept staff feedback and advice , if request change the system setting and enhance the work flow. So will make all the work more smooth and systematic. 5. HR and Management encourage work-life balance by providing sports activities for everyone to join. This not only promotes health but also allows employees to connect with team members they may not typically work with, fostering a stronger workplace community 6.Provide Birthday leave birthday meal claim and other 7.Good Bonus Fulfilled

1.Parking a bit hard to find and need paid to DBKL 2.Projects frequently change and must be completed on time. However, since tasks involve multiple departments, effective communication and a standardized SOP are essential to ensure smooth execution 3.didn't have clear direction & always take time to make decision 4.The heavy workload can be challenging for some. It’s important to stay alert to group messages and emails, be prepared for OT, and respond promptly when needed. If you're someone who doesn’t check your phone or stay active after working hours, this may not be the right fit for you
