      Great firm, people, and opportunities to create impact

      Pros

      - Interesting, varied, and meaningful work - Very smart, passionate, friendly, and empathetic people - Somewhat sustainable hours, and management tries hard not to burn employees out

      Cons

      - As a small firm, teams are small (this can be both a con and pro) - Quality work takes time but some projects feel rushed to keep costs down for the clients - Not a lot of training and professional development

      Pros

      We get to pursue meaningful work with a great client set. The quality of our work is high given the strong professional heritage of the senior leadership (strategy consultants from BCG). Senior leadership cares a lot about employees and makes efforts to address concerns. Travel typically averages only one day a week.

      Cons

      The nature of client service makes balancing life outside of work with work more challenging. It's difficult to take a true vacation as there are always some client needs.
