Pros

I have worked at the East Lansing location for six months now. Incredibly supportive work environment. Flexible. Supervisors are highly approachable. Caseworkers are considerate and respectful of aides, foster parents, birth parents, and kids.

Cons

No full-time options for case aides, but you do get a ton in mileage. No benefits for part-time employees. A lot of turnover because of pay. The nature of the job makes hours inconsistent, but supervisors work to make sure you get your 20-25 hours.

They are a Christian company

Their benefits are horrible, HORRIBLE. You get max of $350 a week on maternity and that's without your insurance taken out. So basically you bring home $50 a week while on maternity. The insurance covers nothing and you have to pay out of pocket a lot. Corporate is also very shady and like to keep secrets. They make you do triple the work and no one knows what they are talking about when asked.

Nothing, this place is very difficult to find any pros.

Cons

The pay in incredibly low (below living wage), unfair work conditions, supervisors do not listen to the concerns, morale is extremely low. This place is slowly losing employees, and instead of hiring new people they take the workload and place it on someone else which creates burnout. This place is deplorable.
