      Pros

      I have discussed with my batch mates who are working in few other companies: In my understanding, I learnt more in 3 years, than them. Reason is the team and coding patterns. Every day there is one technical session, where everyone has to contribute. If you work here for some time, you will know in and out of coding and business. Sincere team.

      I loved this company. I had to leave because my family moved to a different town

      they providing lunch and tea for free.. this is the only pros

      Cons

      Poor and allergic use of words on handling Employees, they treat us like a slave.. and they forced to work more than 12 hrs even in sunday also. no saturday/goverment/religious event paid_ leaves. Salary is delayed even two months when they not get payment from clients.
