Little ironic that a health insurance shopping platform DOESN'T OFFER INSURANCE TO ITS EMPLOYEES. Long hours, uncompetitive compensation.
CEO belittles employees and is totally hostile. Said to me, "you don't have kids, what's your excuse?" when I was offline at 5pm. Horrible work environment.
Wellthie Response

Thank you for taking time to write a review and we are sorry that you feel that way. Working at a high growth start-up does mean we all work hard, but the culture and well-being of the Wellthie team is something that we care deeply about and are very proud of. Fostering flexibility in our work schedule, including working remotely, and supporting our team’s need to juggle busy lives have been the standard since Day 1. Our CEO has two children and, just like other members of the team, sometimes works from home, including after 5pm when needed. Regarding our insurance benefits, it’s unfortunate that you were here for too short a time to complete the standard waiting period.
During my time at Wellthie, one thing that stood apart from other companies, was the opportunity to contribute my own ideas and help shape the sales process. As a growing company, there is definitely flexibility for growth in the company for those willing to take leadership and own your own success.
Cons
No cons that come to mind. As a startup, be prepared to wear multiple hats. Wellthie is a company that is best suited for someone who can think on their feet and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
