-Remote work -Social events -Opportunity to work with people around the globe
Cons
-Toxic culture -Low pay -Poor benefits, and always looking for ways to cut them further -They hire and promote people who fake their job qualifications -When people in leadership do unethical things, they remain in their role or get promoted -This used to be a solid company, but now they're cutting everything that made it a high quality company and just riding out the reputation
