Pros

Welser Profile has been nothing but kind to me since I started here. I was a temp for about four months and everyone I’ve worked with has been helpful and kind while I’ve adjusted to a completely new environment and role in this industry.

Cons

Honestly the only issues I’ve seen have been from the transition from the previous company to the new one. Once they’re able to get the transition handled I think this is a place I’d recommend for anyone to work in.

Terrible working conditions!

Pros

Employees get free food and coffee, but that doesn't make up for how horrible working here is!

Cons

Working conditions here are awful! Hours are long, workloads are overwhelming, opportunities to advance are rare because of favoritism, management refuses to listen to any feedback, senior employees bully newer hires and push all their work on them, etc.
