Up to date systems and software, good organization, processes and procedures. Pay is pretty good. Benefits are also on the better side of things.
Cons
Very stagnant culture. People like to come in, do their work, leave....repetitive work environment. People higher on the chain feel they have more power and pile work on people below, almost as if they want to see them fail. There is no such thing "even playing field" here.
Everyone who works here is very friendly. The company is very serious on the open door policy. When you need something to do your job they get it for you right away.
Cons
They need to make sure when you have a new employee start, that the person that is going to train them in is not on vacation.
