      Télétravail sans aucun contrôle de l’entreprise (profitez-en pour garder vos enfants ou autre; beaucoup le font au détriment de leurs collègues)

      Grace à Wemanity, je comprends enfin pourquoi les grandes entreprises recrutent essentiellement des profils venant de grandes écoles: elles achètent une éducation et un savoir-être que l’on peine à trouver chez Wemanity. Les discours bienveillants et écolo ne sont que du markeking pour attirer les millenials. Une entreprise qui a confondu leadership et laxisme et qui fonctionne en silo. Dommage, la promesse était belle mails la réalité est bien glauque!

      I loved the great vibes inside Wemanity, people are friendly, easy going and always someone to share some time with you to talk about business, sport or other topics. I loved the career progression, if you're good, you can progress quickly (startup effect) I loved the missions opportunities for our cooperateurs (consultants), we're engaged in strategic and complex opportunities I loved the lean start-up approach (fail and learn fast to do better next time) I loved experts inspiration and our ecosystem I loved the events (meet-ups, social parties, Knowledge Sharing...) I loved the trust that the founder and the managers gave me I loved the energy in the team

      I would take more time for the continuous improvement of the teams and ask for more feedback I would take more time to train the support team
