It was a very unprofessional organization where shouting matches were not found to be odd. Feeback given by management was bias and inconsistent; one moment you are doing a great job, the next you weren't, so you never knew what was thought of you and whether or not you needed to grow your skills. Favoritism was shown to employees and it was very obvious. Human Resources was untrustworthy. If you mentioned something in confidence, it would not remain so. Unfortunately, as an organization, they did not seem open to improving work processes even though it was stated they were. If you are looking an organization highly skilled in project management, this is not really a great place to work. General project management skills are not followed and you feel as though project reporting is unethical. Unfortunately, I have worked in organizations that were much more professional, so this was not a good experience. Also, despite efforts to obtain more work, there never seemed to be enough to do, which makes for a long day, especially when the expectation is to be there more than 8hrs.
