      Pros

      Pay and Benefits are on point! And you could potentially move up.

      Cons

      Long hours. Randomly assigned hours. No set schedule. Lower management has no training. Upper management cant see anything wrong with their company. There is a lack of diversity. And break room talk is not enjoyable.
