Good Management, even though you rarely ever hear from them- true independent contractor position.

Cons

Commisioned based, Have to have time management skills as position is home-based, no break down of pay showing why lead was no good, just a check stub with no details

Donuts and maybe Pizza once in awhile. No water though unless you like tap water!

Cons

False promises, owner loves to burn and churn. Be ready on any given Wednesday to be shown the door. Owner is always right and when he isn't refer to rule one. His way with no input and couldn't care less about his staff, extremely high turnover. Operations ladies treat employees real good,like mud for instance.
