The reason one will initially work at Weslend is because they do a good job selling the vision upfront, and earning potential. Once you get in, you will see that change and really weak reasons for the changes.
Cons
Poor and non competitave pay, management lacks vision, experience, and involvement within the trenches, big promises made upfront, zero follow through.
